Join Chef Julie of Kayu for a hands-on introduction to sourdough, where you’ll learn how to create, feed, and care for your very own sourdough starter. This workshop is designed for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their bread journey, with clear guidance and no complicated baking rules.
To make the experience even more special, you’ll also craft your own custom infused olive oil — the perfect companion to your future loaves. In collaboration with Graza, you’ll work with premium ingredients while learning how to create flavorful oil blends you can recreate at home.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a living sourdough starter, your own infused olive oil, and the knowledge and confidence to continue baking long after the class ends.
