For the very first time, Cookbook Courtyard is partnering with La Peetch to host an extraordinary week in Provence at La Pitchoune—Julia Child's legendary home and cooking school.

This isn't your typical cooking vacation. Throughout the week, you'll learn the Courageous Cooking Method, an intuitive approach that teaches you to trust your senses, cook with confidence, and create beautiful meals without relying on strict recipes.

Stay Where Culinary History Was Made

Guests will stay in the beautifully restored homes of Simone Beck—Julia Child's close friend and co-author of Mastering the Art of French Cooking Volumes I & II—as well as one exclusive stay in the Côte d'Azur Suite at La Pitchoune (La Peetch), Julia Child's own home.

Nestled in the picturesque hills of Châteauneuf-Grasse, these charming Provençal homes provide an authentic French experience, with every cooking class taking place on the very grounds where Julia once welcomed friends, cooked, and inspired generations.
