February last year, we featured Tartine, one of everyone's favorite cookbook club event. As always, everyone showed up and absolutely crushed it. From gougères to quiche, the pastry spread was next-level.

As February rolls around again, we’re welcoming you to Pastry Society - a month of celebrating all buttery flakes and baking magic. This time, we’re featuring Baking at République, named one of the Best Cookbooks of the Year by The New York Times.

Created by Los Angeles based baker Margarita Manzke of the iconic hotspot République, this book is all about mastering texture, amplifying flavor, and understanding the why behind great baking. With 100 recipes, dough-by-dough lessons, and stunning photography, it’s a dream for serious (and aspiring) home bakers alike.

We’re also teaming up with the amazing team at Zana Tea, serving comforting drinks with light, refreshing flavors because February deserves something warm and very buttery.
