Last November, we hosted our first-ever 3-day Soup Swap as part of our monthly Cookbook Club and it quickly became one of our most talked-about events! Our members still can’t stop talking about it.
This year, we’re bringing it back for a 2-day event at Solid State Books - H Street, in partnership with Seylou Bakery & Mill who will be providing the most incredible handcrafted bread to pair perfectly with your soups.
We’re keeping it smaller this time with a medium-sized group (40–50 people per day) so everyone can connect, taste, and share. As our Cookbook Club continues to grow, organizing multiple back to back days of smaller events (just like before) takes a lot more time and planning so we’re learning to find the right balance. For now, medium-to-large gatherings make the most sense and if this one isn’t for you, there’s always the next!
We’re always listening to your feedback while also making sure the planning process stays joyful and sustainable.
No featured cookbook this month just pick a soup you love and bring it to share! The sign-up sheet will be released next Monday.
